Hello, I'm Angela

Certified Professional Health Coach

I believe in empowering women to care for their health in ways that support how they want to feel, live, and experience the years ahead.

My Story

There was a time when I thought I had everything figured out.

I had built a successful corporate career, dedicated myself to my family, and always made health a priority. Exercise, nutrition, and self-care have been part of my life for many years. Then everything changed when my mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.

Watching her lose the healthy retirement she had worked so hard for changed the course of my own life. She spent years caring for others as a single mother, yet she never had the opportunity to fully enjoy the vitality she deserved after retirement. She passed away at 72, and I realized I didn't want that to become my story, or the story of the women I now have the privilege of coaching.

My body had been trying to tell me something for years.

As I navigated the stress of caring for my mom while balancing work and family, my own body began sending me signals. I experienced persistent gut issues that doctors repeatedly attributed to stress. That experience deepened my understanding of the powerful connection between nutrition, movement, stress, and overall wellbeing. I learned firsthand that health isn't just about treating symptoms. It's about caring for the whole person.

Over the years, I continued advancing my corporate career and eventually became a Chief Audit Executive. I was incredibly proud of what I had accomplished. But behind the scenes, where few people saw, the constant responsibility and pressure were taking a toll. My body had been trying to tell me for years that something needed to change.

When I retired in 2024, I finally listened.

I became a health coach because I wanted to help women prioritize the one thing they cannot replace: their health. I completed my certification as a Professional Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and am currently working toward my National Board Certification. My approach isn't about perfection, restrictive diets, or doing everything at once. It's about making meaningful changes that build confidence, restore energy, and long-term wellbeing.

I believe it's never too late to take care of your health. Every day is another opportunity to make choices that support the life you want to live. Your health is one of your greatest assets, and it's worth investing in.

I'm honored to walk alongside women as they discover that lasting change doesn't happen through perfection. It happens one sustainable step at a time. I'd love to help you take that first step.
